The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY (Five months before they announced the Covid-19 Pandemic). The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences.

Military veteran Carlos Zapata issued a threat of “combat” over COVID-19 masks and safety rules during a Shasta County Board of Supervisors community hearing in California on Aug. 11, reports TMZ.
Zapata — a Trump supporter whose restaurant was cited twice in May for violating state restrictions — claimed he wasn’t threatening anyone as he described a “revolutionary“ uprising and said that it wasn’t going to be “peaceful much longer”:
Right now, we’re being peaceful, and you better be happy that we’re good citizens, that we’re peaceful citizens, but it’s not going to be peaceful much longer, OK? And this isn’t a threat, I’m not a criminal, but I’m telling you: Good citizens are going to turn into concerned and revolutionary citizens real soon.
And nobody else is going to say that. I’m probably the only person who has the balls to say what I’m saying right now. And we’re building, we’re organizing, and we’ll work with law enforcement or without law enforcement, but you won’t stop us when the time comes, because our families are starving.
This is a warning for what’s coming. It’s not going to be peaceful much longer. It’s not going to be rah-rah, it’s not going to be speeches, it’s not going to be gathering outside saying the Pledge of allegiance. It’s not going to be waving flags. It’s gonna be real.
